    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
    1 teaspoon of curry powder
    1 clove of crushed garlic (or more)

    Recipe



    Mix all the ingredients. Chill for 1 hour.
