    6 ounces fine egg noodles or angel hair pasta
    8 ounces pork tenderloin, halved lengthwise and sliced ¼ inch thick
    2 teaspoons of cooking oil
    2 cups sliced bok choy
    ¾ cup chicken broth
    ¼ cup orange juice
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
    ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
    1 11 ounce can mandarin orange sections, drained

    Recipe



    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet stir-fry pork in hot oil for 3 minutes, adding more oil if necessary. Add bok choy; stir fry about 2 minutes more or until pork is cooked through and bok choy is crisp-tender.

    Add broth, orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper; bring to boiling. Stir in the cooked noodles. Cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Stir in orange sections.
