    I love my mom's cooking, what can I say.

    Set oven at 350

    List of Ingredients




    1 Round Steak cut into pieces
    Flour
    1 Onion
    1/2 green pepper
    1 garlic clove
    2 cans of diced tomatoes

    Recipe



    Flour the round steak and brown it really good.

    Put meat a roaster and add onion, green pepper and garlic clove. Cover with the canned tomotoes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
