Recipe Introduction


I love meatloaf. This also freezes great for meatloaf sandwiches for lunches.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.





List of Ingredients



• 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  
• 1 green pepper, diced
  
• 1 small onion, diced
  
• 1/2 cup on breadcrumbs
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 package onion soup mix
  
• 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  
• 1 T mustard
  
• 2 tsp brown sugar
  






Instructions



1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, green pepper, onion, and bread crumbs. Stir in the eggs and the onion soup mix.
   
2. Press mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mustard and brown sugar.
   
3. Mix thoroughly and pour over the meat mixture, spreading evenly. Bake for an hour.
