Eclair Cake
Crust:
1 cup water
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Filling:
2 pkg instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 pkg cream cheese
cool whip
choc. syrup
Combined water, butter in sauce pan bring to boil. remove from heat an add 1 cup of flour. mix and add eggs dough will look pasty. put crust in a greased and floured baking pan bake at 400* for 25 min. let cool than pour filling on the crust
