    1 C Butter
    1 C Sugar
    1 Unbeaten Egg
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 2/3 C Flour

    Recipe



    Cream: 1 cup butter and gradually add 1 cup sugar. Cream well.

    Add: 1 unbeaten egg, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 tsp vanilla. Beat well.

    Gradually blend in: 2-2/3 cups sifted flour. Mix well but do not over mix.

    Press cookies on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 7-10 minutes in 375° oven.
