Kevy’s Chicken
8 chicken breasts
¾ Cup Chicken Broth
¾ Cup WhiteWine
1 t celery salt
½ t pepper
½ t salt
½ C Butter
½ C Chopped Onion
½ C Chopped Mushrooms
1 clove garlic minced
¼ cup Shredded Italian Cheese (6 cheese mix)
2 Cup Shredded Monteray Jack Cheese
1 box seasoned stuffing
2 T Flour
Recipe
Take ½ stick of butter, melt in pan, add garlic, onion, mushroom and cook until tender. Add 2 tblsp flour to make roux…slowing add wine and broth. Once thickened, add the ¼ Cup Shredded Italian Cheese until creamy. Set aside.
Take 1 cup flour and season with salt and pepper, dredge chicken in flour. Melt the other half stick of butter in pan, brown chicken on both sides. Take Chicken and lay into a large baking dish which is lightly greased. Pour sauce over chicken, spread Monterey Jack cheese over chicken, spread seasoned stuffing over cheese, sprinkle bread crumbs with melted butter. Bake in oven for about 35 minutes at 350
