    1 lb stew beef
    1 onion, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Water or red wine
    1 cup peas, frozen
    3/4 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    dredge beef in flour, salt, pepper, brown in oil with onion
    (can also add sliced fresh mushrooms)
    add water or wine, cook until beef is tender
    add peas, cook until tender
    add mushroom soup, cook through
    stir in sour cream
    serve with rice
