    Carne Asada

    main dish, meats, mexican

    3/4 lb flank steak
    2 tablespoon oregano leaves (dried)
    1/2 cup lime juice (fresh)
    2 tablespoon olive oil
    2 teaspoon Salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    4 clove garlic; crushed
    5 each flour tortilla
    cilantro (fresh)

    place beef steaks in shallow glass pan. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over beef. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning beef occasionally.

    Broil or grill beef. Cut beef across grain at slanted angle into thin slices. Serve with tortillas, cilantro, and guacamole if desired.
