Blueberry Vinaigrette

List of Ingredients
- One-half pint fresh blueberries
- One-third cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- One-quarter cup minced sweet onion (purple or vadalia)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and puree until smooth.
Final Comments
Any fresh berry substitutes well. (I have never tried cranberries but if you do I would suggest adding more sugar.)
