This appetizer should be made a day ahead of time and can also be frozen.
List of Ingredients
1 small can of salmon
8 oz. cream cheese
1 TBS white horseradish
2 TBS grated onion
1 TBS lemon juice
1 tsp. liquid smoke
Finely chopped pecans or walnuts
Recipe
Mix everything except the nuts by hand. Roll on wax paper like a cheese log. Place nuts on paper and
press onto log. Serve with crackers.
