This dip looks lovely when served in a hollowed out red cabbage.
List of Ingredients
2 C sour cream
1 C mayonnaise
About 1/2 C dry leek soup mix
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/2 C chopped parsley
1/2 C chopped green onions
1 tsp. dry dill
1 tsp. dry Italian Salad dressing mix
Recipe
In a large bowl or food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine all ingredient until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve or up to two days. Serve with assorted raw vegetables.
