    Chicken and Cornbread Casserole

    List of Ingredients





    4 skinned and boned chicken breasts
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 LB sliced mushrooms with 1 chopped onion, sautéed together in a little butter
    1/2 C mayonnaise
    1 box Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing (or any stuffing you prefer)

    Recipe



    Cook chicken until tender. Cut into large chunks. Mix mayonnaise, soup, water chestnuts, mushrooms, onion and chicken together and spoon the mixture in the bottom of a greased casserole. Mix stuffing according to directions on box and spread over the top. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
