    Cold Persian Yogurt Soup

    List of Ingredients





    1 C cold water
    4 C plain yogurt
    2 C peeled, seeded, finely grated cucumber
    3/4 C seedless raisins
    2 small cloves garlic, minced
    salt & white pepper
    1 C finely chopped walnuts
    1/2 TBS minced fresh dill



    Recipe



    Beat yogurt and water together with rotary beater until well blended. Add the cucumber, raisins,
    garlic, salt and pepper. Chill for several hours. Add walnuts and dill before serving.
