Peanut Butter Sauce "La Sauced'Arachide"

Recipe Introduction
I learned to make Peanut Sauce from my language helper while I lived in Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 - 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- small bouillon cube
- some chili powder
Instructions
- In medium pot, brown ground meat.
- Add onion, tomato paste and 2 cups water. Cover and bring to boil and boil 5 minutes.
- Stir in peanut butter and let boil 5 mintues more.
- Add salt, bouillon cube and chili powder to taste. Stir well then boil 5 minutes without stirring.
- Serve over rice.
Final Comments
This also makes a great dip for french fries.
