Gem's E-Z Chicken-Q Sandwiches

2 large boaneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup Bar-B-Que Sauce, (see Note)
Louiseanna Red Hot Sauce or Tabasco Sauce, optional
Dill Pickle slices, optional
4 Hamburger Buns
Recipe
Place chicken in a pressure cooker with a cup of water. Secure lid. Over high heat, develop steam to high pressure. Place weight on lid, reduce heat to maintain pressure and cook 10 mins. Release pressure according to manufacturer's directions. Remove lid. In a microwave safe cup, add your favorite Bar-B-Que sauce and Hot Sauce, if desired. Heat Bar-B-Que sauce in microwave. Move chicken to a plate and shread apart with two forks. Combine shreaded chicken and Bar-B-Que sauce together in a bowl and mix until all the chicken is coated well.
Serve on warmed Hamburger buns.
Garnish with dill pickle slices, if desired.

Note:
The secret is all in the Bar-B-Que Sauce you chose.
I like STUBBs Pork Marinade/Mop or Sonny's Real Pit Hot Bar-B-Q Sauce. (none of that Kraft stuff for me). Do not over do it with the Bar-B-Que sauce. Using just enough to coat all the shreaded chicken well is better than using too much.
