Recipe Introduction

I use this on steaks, beef brisket and hamburgers.

List of Ingredients

2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground coriander seed
2 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground dill seed
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground red cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder




Recipe

Shake and Mix all together well in a glass 1 pint jar with lid.

Makes 1/2 Cup.
