    Mustard Barbeque Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup chicken or beef broth
    1 cup prepared mustard
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
    1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    3 tablespoons butter or margarine
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    2 tablespoons molasses
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe

    In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until the flavors are blended. Remove from the heat; cool.

    Yield: 2-1/3 cups

    Note: use on grilled barbeque ribs or great with ham.
