Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon grated lemon find
1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice (8 large lemons)
5 cups filtered or bottled waterRecipe
1. Stir together sugar and 1/2 cup boiling water until sugat dissolves.
2. Stir in lemon rind, lemon juice and 5 cups water. Chill. Serve over ice.
Yield: 8 cups.
Note:
You may adjust sugar to taste... Use less sugar for a more tart lemon taste...
