List of Ingredients
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup milk; or buttermilk
3 cups cooked chicken; cubed, diced...
1.5 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 can Canned mushrooms stems and pieces
3 cups cornflakes; crushed to 1.5 cups
2 Tbls butter or margarine
1/4 tsp thyme
dashes of white/black pepperRecipe
1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 2 quart baking dish.
2. Combine soup, milk, pepper, stir in chicken, vegetables and mushrooms.
3. Pour into greased dish. Combine cereal, butter, and thyme.
4. Sprinkle on top of chicken mixture.
5. Bake 30-40 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
6. Buttermilk can be used, fresh mushrooms, any combo of vegetables.
