A Bravo for Egg Cookers

Recipe Introduction
I finally broke down and bought an electric egg cooker. (It was one of few kitchen items I just have never bought.) I bought the egg cooker to make multiple hard boiled eggs to a consistant doneness. I prefer medium or soft boiled eggs and that is hard to get just right. Now I measure just the right amount of water to boil/steam the desired number of eggs. The small area under the egg cooker's dome heats the small amount of water quickly to a simmer and the steam cooks the eggs faster than boiling eggs covered with lots of water in a pot. In nine minutes the water has all evaporated, the egg cooker cuts off automatically and I have perfect and consistally medium-soft boiled eggs. The egg cooker also comes with attachments to cook poached eggs, scrambled eggs or a small omelet.
