4 Eggs
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons unsalted butter
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Add 2 teaspoons vegetable oil in 12 inch skillet for 4 Eggs.
Heat skillet 5 mins on Low heat.
Turn up heat to Med-High.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl. Crack 2 remaining eggs into a second bowl.
When oil begins to simmer add 2 teaspoons cold unsalted butter.
Add all 4 eggs to skillet at same time and cover skillet for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and Let Stand covered for 15 sec to 2 minutes depending on desired doneness. (about 1 minute for runny yokes.)
