Recipe Introduction


Frikadeller is a Danish meatball recipe. It is similar to Swedish meatballs except some minor differences in ingredients and the Danes tend to flatten the meat into patties. Easy to make!


List of Ingredients




1/2 lbs Minced pork
1/2 lbs Minced veal
1 medium ~ large Onion; finely chopped
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Butter or Margarine

Recipe




1. Chop onions finely.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl thoroughly.
3. Form 6 to 8 balls and flatten into patties.
4. Melt butter in skillet and saute the patties for about 10 minutes on each side.
5. Serve!
