    Homemade Mayonnaise

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1 1/2 taablespoons coarse-grained mustard
    1/2 to 3/4 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    2/3 cup vegetable oil

    Recipe



    Process first 5 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. With a blender running, add oil in a slow, steady stream, blending until thickened.

    Yield: 1 cup

    Note:
    A safe mayonnaise using egg substitute instead of raw eggs.
