    Steak Stir-Fry

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound round or flank steak, cut across grain into 1/8 by 3 inch slices
    2 tablespoons olive or canole oil
    1/2 cup julienned green pepper
    1/2 cup julienned sweet red pepper
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    6 cups hot cooked wide noodles

    Recipe

    In a pre-heated non-stick skillet or wok, stir-fry steak in hot oil over medium-high heat about 1 minute. Add the peppers, onion, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender. Add the ginger root, stir and cook for 1 minute longer. Serve over hot noodles.

    Yield: 4 servings
