    Buzz's Buffalo Wings

    Source of Recipe

    Bob "Buzz" Buzzard

    Recipe Introduction

This is one of the easiest ways to make buffalo wings on your grill, and you can make'em as spicy as you want....

Buy a bag of frozen wings
Open the bag and pour in your favorite Bar-B-Q Sauce or your favorite home-made sauce (only enough to cover the wings) Don't over do it!!!
Add your spices (Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Garlic, etc.) mix well and either reseal the bag or fold it closed clipped with a clothspin. Maranade for at least 2 hours UNDER REFRIGERATION (VERY IMPORTANT)
The key thing is to use "EXTREMELY" LOW heat on your grill. Bar-B-Q Sauce will burn on high heat.
Use tongs to turn 'VERY OFTEN". Turn and Re-turn - keep the flames low, as the wings cook, they will get a glazed look to them.
Try also with chops, steaks, lamb and ribs. Delicious!
*Note: When I make this, or a similar recipe, I have the flame lit on only ONE side of the grill, and place my chicken on the other side, close the lid so the chicken can cook more thoroughly, and turn it every 5-10 minutes or so. It browns up beautifully.
