Cashew Butter

1 can regular old cashews
Put in processor and start blending. Add gradually
3 tbsp walnut oil (worth buying just for this!)
then:
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt, even thought nuts are salted.
Process away until smooth.
I am not sure if this is better eaten by the spoonful in the open refrigerator door or on a piece of soft white bread. Your decision
