Assorted fresh fruit is a great accompaniment and makes for a colorful presentation.

List of Ingredients

1/4 cup LAND O LAKES® Sour Cream
6 ounces (1 1/2 cups) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
Assorted fresh fruit, if desired




Recipe

Combine sour cream and cheese in mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Stir in pecans.

Shape mixture into 10 x 1 1/4-inch roll. Wrap in plastic food wrap. Refrigerate until firm (3 to 4 hours).

To serve, slice into 1/4-inch slices. Arrange on large platter with assorted fresh fruit, if desired.

TIP: Cheese will blend more easily with other ingredients if at room temperature. Shred cheese when cold; let stand about 15 minutes.
