    Balls: Holiday Cheese Ball

    Sharon Ann KramerNorth CountySt. Louis, MO 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

    Mix with:

    8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 cup finely diced green pepper
    2 Tab diced onion
    2 Tab diced pimento or red bell pepper
    1/2 tsp salt

    Mix, cover and chill 24 hours..

    Place 1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley, on a sheet of plastic wrap. Roll ball of cheese and set on plate with crackers to serve 8.
