Korean Pork Strips

Recipe Introduction
I got this from Gourmet in the early 70s. It was my first intro to the wonderful blend of ginger, garlic and soy.
List of Ingredients
1 lb. boned lean shoulder of pork, 1 1/2" x 3/4" wide
1/4 t cayenne pepper
2 1/2 T sugar
1/4 cup + 1 1/2 t soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped scallions
2 T sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 t ground ginger
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 T sesame oil
Recipe
Sprinkle the strips with cayenne and toss them in sugar
In a bowl combine soy sauce, scallions, sesame seeds, toasted, ginger, and garlic.
Add meat strips; let them marinate for 1 hr. Drain
Brush them with sesame oil and gril them over hot coals or broil them for 5 min. on each size.
