Brendan Shanahan St. Louis Blues Hockey Brendan Shanahan was a popular Left Winger on the National Hockey Leagues St Louis Blues Team....Our whole family is addicted to Blues Hockey, win or loose and my sons try to get to the games often... this is a great , make ahead appetizer... 8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
mix and spread on 12" pizza pan

8 oz. canned baby shrimp
rinse and drain, scatter on above

add the following in layers:

1 cup seafood cocktail sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 green pepper, diced
3 green onions, sliced [include some green
1 diced seeded fresh tomato, peeled
cover and chill a few hrs. serve with assorted crackers...
