Balls: No-Bake Fruit-N-Nut Balls

4 cups diced figs
4 2/3 cup raisins
1 cup pitted prunes
3 cups chopped nuts
5 teaspoons cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup apple or orange juice
4 cups powdered sugar
Recipe
Mix fruits and nuts together in a bowl. In another bowl, combine cinnamon, ginger, lemon juice and apple/orange juice. Add to the fruits and nuts. Blend together in a food processor. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Drop into sugar and roll to coat. Let stand at room temperature at least 4 hours.
