1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
1/2 t. salt
1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 lb. pecan halves
Recipe
Beat egg white and water until foamy. Add salt, cinnamon and sugar and mix well. Add pecans and stir until well coated. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 200 for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.
