    1 oz Coconut cream, canned -- mixed
    1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice, canned
    1 oz Rum, 80 proof
    3/4 oz Blue curacao

    Recipe



    Blend all ingredients with shaved ice and put in a glass.


    Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple and a cherry.
