List of Ingredients

2 1/4 cups vanilla ice Cream
1 (4 serving size) package cook & serve vanilla pudding mix
1(11.5 oz) package milk chocolate chips
1 cup miniature marshmallows
sweetened whipped cream and chocolate shavings, for garnish



Recipe

In a small saucepan, melt ice cream. Whisk in pudding mix; cook and stir over medium-low heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from the heat. Add the chocolate chips and marshmallows; stirring until smooth. Pour into 6 individual dessert bowls. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Makes 6 servings
