    Dry milk adds texture and protein without fat or a lot of calories. Try this easy concoction with your favorite fruit: strawberries, blackberries, bananas, kiwi, peaches or cherries, for example. A healthy alternative to the traditional milkshake.


    List of Ingredients




    3 cups fruit, fresh, frozen, unsweetened or canned (drained)
    2/3 cup CARNATION Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup ice cubes
    2 tablespoons granulated sugar, (optional)
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Recipe



    PLACE all ingredients in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

    NOTE: For a tropical taste sensation, follow directions using a mixture of mango, papaya and pineapple to make up 3 cups fruit.
