    I picked this recipe up down around the Ozarks area while going to the Autumn Craft fairs for years, and it is probably all around the country. A fabulous use for mini muffin tins.. Preheat oven..

    1 cup butter, melted [no sub]
    1 cup dairy sour cream
    2 cups self-rising flour, unsifted

    combine all with a spoon and fill ungreased mini-muffin tins to the top with batter. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 3 dozen. Great with a side dish of fresh fruit..
