5 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Cut in:
1 lb lard or shortening

Recipe

Break 1 egg into a measuring cup; add 1-3 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp brown sugar. Fill to make 1 cup with milk. Mix the liquid into the flour mixture. Yields approximately 7 single crusts.
