List of Ingredients

1 package yeast
¼ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon sugar
3 cup Better for Bread flour
2 tablespoon gluten
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/3 cup pretzel sticks -- thin/broken -in half
1 egg white
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
12oz light beer plus -> ¼ cup water, heated



Recipe

Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed. Select white bread and push "Start" Containing no cholesterol and negligible sugar, this exciting bread is perfect for party snacks or sandwiches.
