Loaf Bread: Sugarless Banana Nut Bread

Recipe Introduction

Serving Suggestions: Spread butter on the bread and toast it; serve with tea or coffee. Spread with cream cheese; Mary likes to make cream cheese sandwiches with this Banana Bread. Slice two thin pieces and spread cream cheese in the middle. The girls love these!

List of Ingredients

3 mashed bananas
1/2 cup of water
3/4 cup honey
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts



Recipe

Mix all off the ingredients together. Stir until there are no lumps. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
