Loaf Bread: Whole Wheat Bread

List of Ingredients
3 cups warm water
3/4 cups honey
2-3 tbsp yeast
Let soften 10 minutes
1/4 cup butter
5 cups whole wheat flour
1 scant tbsp salt (or less)
Recipe
Beat the yeast mixture for 7 minutes with electric mixer.
Add and stir in 2-3 cups whole wheat flour.
Sprinkle 1 cup flour on a board and turn dough on to it.
Knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Use more flour if required to prevent sticking.
Place into a well-oiled bowl, turning the dough to grease all sides.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in size.
Punch down to original size, kneading slightly.
Cover and let rise again until doubled.
Knead and shape the loaves into the loaf pans and brush with melted butter.
Let rise until dough reaches the top of the pan. It will continue to rise in the oven.
Bake 50 minutes in a 350°F oven or until well browned.
