Pancakes: Banana Split Pancakes

Confectioners sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups Banana Split Ice Cream, softened
1 medium banana, sliced
1 cup original pancake mix
fresh fruit
Recipe
Lightly oil a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
In a blender container or processor, combine the ice cream, banana and egg, process until well blended.
Add pancake mix. process just to combine.
Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto oiled skillet.
Turn when pancakes appear dry around edges and bottoms are golden brown.
Top with fresh fruit; sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.
Makes 10-12 pancakes (4 servings)-yeah,, sure!
That depends on whose at the table...
Most of the time honey is used instead of syrup.
