    Pizza: Breakfast Pizza

    Recipe Introduction

    To do ahead, I brown and drain the sausage and shred the cheese the night before, and just put it all together in the morning. Pressing out the crust takes the longest. It also reheats well as left-overs. Take a roll of cresent rolls, separate into triangles and pat into a round pizza pan.

    Brown and drain one pound of sausage.

    Crumble over crust.
    Spread: 1+ cups of frozen (partially thawed) hash brown potatoes (or the kind with peppers and onions)

    Shred cheddar cheese and sprinkle over sausage and potatoes.

    Scramble 4-5 eggs with 1/4 cup milk (or use Egg Beaters), add salt and pepper and pour evenly over all.

    Bake at 375¿ for 25-35 minutes until golden brown.

    Slice and serve. Great with fresh fruit on the side.
