1 package Duncan Hinesâ Dark ‘N Fudgy Brownie Mix
1 egg
2 tablespoon water
1/3 cup oil
Vanilla frosting



Recipe

Grease a cookie sheet or line with tin foil. Combine brownie mix, egg, oil and water in a large bowl. Stir until well blended and soft dough forms. Drop by tablespoons about 2” apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes or until cookies are set in center. Do not overbake. Cool 1 minute before removing. Cool completely before assembling. Spread frosting on bottom half of cookies. Top each with another cookie. Gently press together.
