1 German chocolate cake mix,
(1) make to package directions-bake in 9''x13'' pan. Take out of oven and poke holes in the cake with wooden spoon all over.
1 can Eagle brand condensed milk (sweetened)
(2) Pour Eagle brand in holes
1/2 can German chocolate cake frosting (warmed in microwave so it's pourable)
(3) Pour on top of milk into holes
1 small container Cool Whip
(4) Spread on top on cake to cover all
3 Heath Bars or Skor bars broken into small pieces
(5) Sprinkle pieces of candy bars on top of Cool Whip
(6) Cover with Saran overnight before serving
