    Crust
    2 cups graham craker crumbs
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1 stick butter

    Filling:
    1 8oz. package cream cheese
    3 beaten eggs
    1 cups sugar

    Topping:
    juice from 1/2 lemon
    can of blueberry pie filling
    Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Crust:
    Mix well. Spread evenly in bottom of 13x9 pan

    Filling:
    Mix well. Spread evenly over crust. Bake for 30 minutes @ 350 deg.

    Topping:
    Add juice to pie filling. Mix well. Pour over cream filling while still hot. When completely cool, top with cool whip and cover entire pie. Keeps very well in frig, in fact it improves if allowed to sit.
