1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups grated carrots
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1-1/4 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
Recipe
Combine oil and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Mix dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture. Add nuts and carrots, beat well. Bake in a 9"X12" pan for 45 minutes at 350°F oven.
