    Cherry-Raspberry Cake

    1 Betty Crocker Super Moist White Cake Mix
    1 ½ cups cherry-raspberry sauce
    3 egg whites (or use powdered)
    1/3 cup oil

    Recipe



    1 Preheat to 350F. Spray pan.
    2 Combine all ingredients in a 3 qt bowl. Beat on Low speed 30 seconds, scraping as needed. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, again scraping as needed.
    3 Pour into sprayed Bundt pan and bake 44 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.

    Observations and notes for next time:
    1 Use egg beaters instead of powdered egg whites.
    2 Cool a little longer before removing from pan.
    3 Frost with the dark chocolate glaze from Chocolate covered cherry cake.
    4 The batter was a lovely shade of pink, as is the inside of the cake.
    5 It tastes good without frosting, but needs some chocolate.
    6 Now that the sauce is seedless, it can be used in baking without gritty seeds in the cake.
