Cinnamon: Cinnamon Toast Cake

Recipe Introduction

So simple, it is my grandsons favorite they like it anytime.
2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

sift together then blend in:

1 cup milk
2 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup raisins

Turn into 15x10x1" jelly roll pan well greased and lightly floured-or sprayed with non-stick spray, bake at 350* for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
remove from oven and drizzle:

½ cup melted butter

over the cake then combine:

½ cup sugar
1½ teaspoon cinnamon

and sprinkle over the cake, return to oven for 10 minutes. Cool and cut into diamond shapes.
