Chocolate: Crazy Chocolate Cake

List of Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup boiling water



Recipe

Grease and flour a square 9"x9" cake pan.
Directions:
Put all the above ingredients in one mixing bowl in the order given.
**IMPORTANT** Do NOT stir until you add the 1/2 cup of boiling water at the very last. Mix well, pour into pan and bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
